Bible reading a bunch of passages from ezekiel, hebrews, psalms & proverbs (Thurs-Sat)... i can't find the verses.. but what was interesting in ezekiel was when he was saying that Israel's sins were so great that even if Abraham (i think it was abraham).. and others were begging and pleading for the city to be saved.. that the Lord would destroy the entire city, but would save Abrahama and the others due to their righteousness. i really gotta find those verses, b/c being saved by righteousness? well.. it is abraham after all, but still... anyways... can someone shed some light? oh wait, maybe the point is that even abraham's righteousness is only credited to him and not to others... but Christ's righteousness is ample to cover all believers. hmm...

Friday Night... i went to an a capella concert at Wheeler at Cal. Man, i cannot believe that this was my first concert. the whole show was sooo amazing. well, there was one of two groups that kinda sucked.. but besides that.. it was very dope. it made me want to join a group and start singing too! One group stuck out in my mind. they were from BYU and one of their songs was about Christ. during the intermission, suma brought up some topics about Christian beliefs... i believe it was, "how old do Christian's believe the earth is?"... which led to, "How do Christians explain the gills that fetus' have"... granted i couldn't answer everything, but those topics would never have come up if that group from BYU didn't share about their school.

Saturday... i finally got a chance to sleep in. i slept till 10:45am or so.. still wasn't quite refreshed, but i'll take what i can get. i went over to becky & nicole's place in the city and we watched matrix: reloaded. u know, after fast forwarding thru the orgie/rave scene.. the movie was so much better. we also had the subtitles on during "the source" scene, which seemed to help. i felt like i understood the movie a lot better, but once it finished, i couldn't answer any of becky's questions... haha.. i guess i'm still confused. it's about time to watch revolutions and see if it clears things up.. and ofcourse.. i have NO expectations.

Sunday... Eugene Jundosa had his ordination, so now he's Reverend Eugene! i was expecting my grandfather to give his sermon, but he wasn't there. later on i found out he had another church thing to go to. anyways, so many ppl flew in from out of town.. from socal to NY. crazy. everybody i got a chance to talk to seemed like they were in some kind of a transition phase, but then again.. a girl named angela put things into perspective and said that our whole "earthly" life is a transition phase... and i agree. it is at this stage, we are being sanctified for God, b/c of the perfect life that Christ lived and the death that He died. So after church... i was supposed to go train w/suma, but maybe it's just me, but there seems to be so many obstacles while trying to train. (oh.. every time i say train, it means tkd).. yet at the same time... i need to be aware of my word to others... let ur yea's be yea's and your nay's be nay's. i don't wanna be a wishy washy guy... so moving on, last night was a struggle. all i gotta say is that praise be to God for the accountability He's put in my life. (Shout out to Hong) *WOOT WOOT!*

... Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil...
