i was extremely unmotivated for this interview, but i guess it was a good thing b/c i wasn't nervous at all. the thing is... the interview was freakin short. 4 questions:
1. Why do you think you are qualified for this position?
2. You're taking a dinner break with your Training Officer. He drops you off at the station and he goes back home. When he comes to pick you up again you smell alcohol on him. What do you do?
3. There's a fire, and you're directing the flow of traffic that comes into that area. All the surrounding buildings have already been evacuated. You notice a small group of people running into a building and leaving with things in their hands. What do you do?
4. In a secluded area, there is a car parked with 5 teenagers. You confront them and smell marijuana on them and you also see some opened beer cans. They tell you that they're on the Alameda High School Varsity Football team, and if they get caught, then they will be suspended, and can't play in the league championships. One of the juveniles is also the son of a captain at Alameda PD.
so that's it... 4 questions. i guess they have sooo many applicants that they just want to screen them as quick as possible.
