what were u expecting?

she just doesn't look good in it huh? man... leave it to the asian sista's i tell u! haha.. nice try tho. but man... korean girls look so pretty when they wear hanbok's (H). but the quality of the H has to be good. i had a friend back in HS... and i'd say that she was just like plain jane ya know? then we had this cultural day thing.. and she wore this beautiful red H! dude... man... she looked beautiful AND sexy b/c of that thing!

so i cooked dinner last night for some friends to try out two recipes. Shrimp scampi pasta and Chicken Cacciatore. Timing worked out very well. I think it was b/c i only had to focus on two dishes... so they both finished about the same time. the chicken needed some more tomato sauce for sure.. but other than that it was good. the sauce for the pasta was good, but i added too many noodles, so that diluted the flavor. i had to compensate by salting it a bit more and adding some more broth to it. i think on thursday i'll add some more shallots and some mushrooms and less red pepper flakes. overall i was pretty happy with the taste and the presentation of both dishes. on a side note, i got burned pretty badly while i was cooking. i threw in some shrimp, and stupid me forgot to throw them in away from myself instead of directly above or towards. so some oil/butter splashed onto my hand and it's about an inch long and 1/5" wide. hopefully it won't scar.
