Psych Test... the written part lasted about 3.5hrs. it consisted of the CPI, an essay, a section where it said complete the sentences below, i.e. "I... , All men... , Most women, I wish..." stuff like that... so u could pretty much write whatever u wanted. For the part where it said, "all men..." i finished it off by saying that all men are dogs and women are evil. haha.. and when the psychologist asked me about it.. i told him i was being sarcastic... but we got into talking about how most men think w/their penis' and some women can be very manipulative n stuff... it was pretty funny. we were laughing and having a good time n stuff. so talking w/the shrink lasted about 20-25min... pretty short yea?
Mall... i treated myself to some shopping... haven't done that in a while. bought a hat, that i didn't try on... hopefully it's a keeper. bought a new white dress shirt b/c i have no idea what happened to my other one. bought the norah jones cd. it was 40% off, but i couldn't find anyother good cd's that i wanted.
Dinner... went out to dinner w/Caroline. it was good catching up again. we went to Zarzuela. a spanish tapas place in the city. man.. most of the food was really good. the scallops weren't as good.. they could've been better. they were just overcooked.
Prayer Mtng... had a really good time last night. man, the rain was coming down on the roof so freakin hard... man... i was just thinking... Lord, let ur love pour down upon the people here, upon this church, and on this community. i love the rain! I definitely got some words of encouragement last night. Some passages i was told to check out are Psalms 62 and James 1.
I hope that everyone has a wonderful wonderful day. dream big and wide. on a side note... does anyone else feel like Christmas (the societal aspect) is just burdensome? aren't we getting too old to buy presents (besides the fact that the economy still sucks)? anyways... for myself.. i need to realize that Christmas just isn't about Christ's birth... but about prophesy being fulfilled as well. 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." .
