what were u expecting?

i still haven't received a call from the background investigator. i dunno if that's a good sign or not. he said he'd call me as soon as he found out.

so next week our small group is gonna volunteer at Bay Area Rescue Mission. and we're basically gonna provide the kids w/some worship and entertainment time. so i'm a part of the skit team... and we're doing a modern day remake of the prodigal son. i'm playing the part of the father. and man... lemme tell u... i honestly wouldn't mind being an actor. that sounds like such a cool/fun job to do. BUT... i seriously suck at it! haha... maybe it's because of the role that i was given. it's a heavy role. it's very serious and i dunno... i definitely wasn't comfortable playing it. God willing, the kids will look past the crappy acting and get the real message, with some entertainment value as well.
