so i met w/my background investigator yesterday from 3pm - 6:50pm. yea.. quite a long time. we went over my entire background packet, got me finger printed, and signed a bunch of documents.
The good news is that so far they really want to hire me.
The bad news, is that i have a close friend that i still keep in contact with that does drugs.
that's what the chief and the investigator were worried about before meeting w/me.. and the investigator is gonna go over his findings with the chief sometime this week or next. the chief is gonna make the final call on whether to proceed with the background investigation or not.
i'm kinda worried... but it's outta my hands. if it works out, then great.. if not.. then i think i'm definitely gonna be dissapointed.
