what were u expecting?

So i'm back to writing my mundane blogs again. so what's been goin on w/me since last week? well... i got sick over the weekend, and i'm almost better now.. i just have the sniffles. this is the first time i've gotten sick in about 3 yrs. and on top of that... i have this weird thing going on w/my left index finger. the joint is swollen. it's gone down a bit now, but i wasn't able to touch my palm w/my fingertip. weird. i asked my boss about it... and he made a big deal about it. had me sent to the hospital on work time, and they did a better job than the Tang Center. yup. they gave me Motrin and said to come back in 2 days! not 2 weeks like the Tang Center. haha.. but they still didn't know what was up... neither do i.

so i was planning to take the kaplan gre course starting tonight, but there were only 2 ppl signed up. hence it was cancelled. so i need to pick another location/date to take the course. the most convenient/abundant courses available are the ones on sundays. but that would mean breaking the sabbath. how closely have i followed sabbath in the past? not closely at all. so why this change? i guess it's much easier keeping the sabbath when ur out of school and have nothing to study/prepare for on the weekends. I could just change my sabbath to saturday, but i guess i'd do most of my hardcore studying on saturday too... sunday night as well... hmm... i'll look into different class options and see what i come up with.

on a side note... i'm thankful that God stands next to me, puts His arm around me, and looks at my sin with me... while together, we figure out a way for me to sin less and less (which is different from figuring out a way to stop sinning completely). and i stop beating myself up over committing the same sins.
