what were u expecting?

we just got here last night, but let me tell you about what we did yesterday.

we went up to the forests of Azreu and saw monkeys... yeah monkeys! up close... and we fed them some apples and canteloupe.. i even saw one peeing from the top of a tree... haha

before we left the city by bus... a very interesting thing happened.. a local guy around my age came up to me and several other group members and handed us a note.. it pretty much said that if we believed in the Lord, then we should pray forhis city, Azreu... it was so unexpected, but a blessing for both parties... we ended up praying for one another and the city on the streets of Azreu... please pray that he will continue his work to spread the gospel amongst the berber peoples of Morocco.

so my hotel room in Fez has 3 huge 2in. cockroaches..; two of which i killed last night and threw out the window.. and today our group went and visited an organization that specializes in giving out free wheelchairs to the disabled.. there are very few organizations like this in Morocco... the lady who runs it also prays of one day opening up a school for the disabled, because currently, the disabled children cannot attend schooling... dont ask me why... please pray that more donations of equipment and money would come in to the program... and that the government would show more support for that type of work in this country/

please pray for my teammate libby.. i dont know if she ate something funny, but shes been sick since yesterday... but i praise God that none of us are seriously sick or injured... as for me, im doing well.. just kinda shocked at the city of fez... i didnt expect much, but this city is one of the largest cities and has a heavy french influence... yes france did colonize morocco, but since theyve left, theyve pretty much left the urban parts looking like france, but not as nice... a ghetto france..

icee
sushi
please just pray that these people will realiwe that God is pouring out His love for each and every one of them... you guys included.

oh yeah.. i got a henna tatoo yesterday, but i think that since my skin is kinda dark..; it doesnt show so well... im not that dark.. not as dark as i was hoping to get...=P
