what were u expecting?

So i've made my first stupid mistake at work. it happened this morning. we have these affiliates that work with hotwire. basically... they're like our sales ppl.. but we only pay them if they make a sale. this guy was bidding on our keyword online and i sent him a violation notice. he responds back saying that he's fixed the prob and is now in compliance, but hotwire sucks b/c we haven't told them our policy. i then ask my boss if we can send him a copy of our terms and conditions and also say that i'd like to see the look on his face when he reads it (in those exact words)... the problem comes when i replied to all... so yea... the guy probably got the email too. i tried to recall the message thru outlook.. but who knows... *sigh*... stupid mistake... i'm dissapointed in myself. i should get over it tho, but it's hard for me to concentrate on other stuff. eh... i'm sure i'll look back on this in the future and wish i wrote an even worse email. haha... oh well.
