i just came home from work... opened up a bottle of chardonnay and cooked up some lumpia, while listening to josh groban. good times. =P
then my mom came home, and i made her some fish with mushrooms, red onions, garlic, green onions, cayenne pepper, red pepper, salt & pepper. good stuff.
